My therapeutic style is practical, clear, and flexible. I don't just listen: I work with you so that each session helps you make concrete progress, without judgment and with respect for your pace. I often suggest resources, ideas, or exercises between sessions to help you solidify what we've been working on. Therapy isn't an isolated experience, but rather a tool to help you live with greater clarity and well-being in your daily life.
In the first session, we focus on building a complete picture of your situation: who you are, how you are feeling, what worries you, and what has led you to seek help now. It's a space for us to get to know each other, where you can also ask me questions, express your doubts, or simply share whatever you need, in your own way.
Even from that first session, you'll leave with some ideas or small, concrete tasks to start working on what we're discussing. Change doesn't begin when everything is clear, but when we start moving the pieces, step by step.
