  • Format: Online, in Catalan, Spanish or English.
  • Duration: Sessions have a standard duration of 50 minutes, which can be extended to 60 if an important issue arises that needs to be addressed and concluded with the utmost care. We don't want to interrupt the work due to lack of time.
  • Frequency: Ideally weekly, although it can be adapted according to the needs of each case.
  • Style: practical, direct, and flexible. I will often suggest resources or exercises to work on between sessions to maximize the work done during the session.

These are some of the common questions about my services.

Yes. Many people start therapy without really knowing "if it's that serious." You can come simply because you're not feeling well, you're stuck, or you want to understand something better. You don't need a diagnosis or a specific problem.

That's perfectly valid. The therapeutic relationship is important, and if you feel we're not a good fit, we'll talk about it openly. I can even help you find another therapist if you'd like.

Typically, we have one session per week, especially at the beginning. In some cases, it might be every two weeks. We'll decide together based on your situation and goals.

There's no fixed duration. Some people come for a few sessions, others for months. It depends on your needs and the pace we're working at.

Yes. Therapy isn't just for crises. It can help you get to know yourself better, make important decisions, or learn to take care of yourself emotionally.
If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, there's no problem. If you cancel with less notice, the session will be considered completed and must be paid for.
